Resort Policies

  • Check in time – 01.00 pm & check out time – 11.00 am.
  • We never commit for sea facing rooms as rooms are far away from sea, but our resort is on the beach.
  • ID proof is mandatory for all individuals or members at the time of Check In. Without ID Proof Check In may hamper and Hotel Authority will not be responsible.
  • Any facilities may be unavailable during your stay for any unavoidable / unpredictable / technical reason during your stay.
  • In case of early check in & late check out the AC will be provided from 1p.m – 11 a.m. only (Check in time – check out time). Extension of AC service or room is strictly not in this contract.
  • Everyday AC remains off for 3 hrs as Mandarmani runs on generator. Power to be provided for lights and fan only but AC will be off from 7 a.m. – 8:30 a.m. & 5 p.m. – 6:30 p.m.
  • Extra person charges Rs. 700/- + 18% G.S.T. = Rs. 826/- (Per person per night) .
  • Drivers bed Rs. 354/- per head, per night in non ac dormitory.
  • 10.00 p.m. is the closing time of our all gate to go outside & come in from out of our property strictly except new check-in.
  • For any kind of lose and damage, demurrage charge to be charged for according to decision of hotel authority.
  • Outside food or beverage is strictly prohibited inside the resort premises.
  • Private vehicles are not allowed except parking area, any breakage or damage would be charged for.
  • Disturbance or any irritation to other guest / room to be treated as highly offensive issue and hotel authority will have full authority to force check-out in this case with demurrage charge of room nights and others.
  • Pets are allowed subject to prior permission with proper vaccine paper.
  • Hotel authority will not take any responsibility for any lose / disturbance / damage of property or others.
  • Swimming pool usage timing: 9 a.m – 8 p.m.
  • Proper swimming trunk is mandatory for all sex & age. Without proper costume no one will be allowed inside the pool.
  • Rs. 120/- for swimming costume, per time use (if from us)
  • Glass, bottle is not allowed as well as any sitting arrangement / set-up / sound system is not to be provided beside pool..
  • We only treat a booking as confirmed after advance.
  • We do not have any cancelation or refund policy though booking may be postponed within 90 days from your check-in date.
  • Till before 48 hours from checking time, postponement is possible.
  • For adjustment of further date / money for booking kindly talk to reservation staff.
  • We never grant any postponement within 48 hours from check in day.
  • Any cancellation during stay within 24 hours, 100% retention of your room value to be charged for.
  • After three months, you will not have any claim on your booking, advance and others.

ALL POINTS ABOVE ARE APPLICABLE FOR ALL BOOKINGS THROUGH RESERVATION, TRAVEL PARTNER, ONLINE PORTAL, WALK-IN, CORPORATE AND OTHERS. HOTEL AUTHORITY WILL NOT TAKE ANY RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY MISCOMMUNICATION OR GAP BETWEEN “TRAVEL PARTNER”/ “ONLINE PORTAL “AND GUEST. KINDLY BOOK OR PAY ADVANCE TO ANY ONE FOR ANY BOOKING AFTER KNOWING OUR TERMS AND CONDITIONS.

ALL DISPUTES WILL BE UNDER KOLKATA JURISDICTION.
